    Luis Felipe de Oliveira
    , Director General, ACI World


    Luis Felipe de Oliveira has led Airports Council International (ACI) World as Director General since June 2020, applying his vast experience in commercial and technical aviation. He believes that aviation has a crucial role to play in fostering social and economic growth worldwide and is committed to helping ACI members and business partners sustainably recover from the impact of the pandemic. Luis Felipe’s career in aviation began after serving 12 years at Shell (Latin America and Europe) when he joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Switzerland to lead fuel and airport campaigns, in collaboration with governments, oil companies, fuel service providers and airports for diverse world regions. His service at IATA lasted a decade before joining the World Fuel Services as Vice President of Supply Development for Latin America and Caribbean. Just prior to joining ACI World, Luis Felipe successfully led the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), between 2017 and 2020, where he led a complete restructuring of the organization. This enabled it to be more effective and efficient, attracting members and strategic partners to support industry development in the region. He is a Chemical Engineer graduate from Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and has a postgraduate qualification in Finance from the University of São Paulo, an MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation in São Paulo, and Post MBA from Kellogg University in Chicago. He currently serves on the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG), being particularly dedicated to the sustainability of the sector.

    Stefano Baronci

    Mr. Stefano Baronci is the Director General of Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific, an association representing the interests of airports in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Appointed in December 2019, Mr. Baronci is responsible for driving and executing the strategic plan of the association and overseeing a team of professionals at the Regional Office based in Hong Kong.

    Mr. Baronci has 22 years of analytic and representational experience at national and international levels in the aviation sector, representing both airport and airline industries. He is very familiar with the ACI community, having previously served as the Director of Economics at ACI World in Montreal and Senior Policy Manager at ACI Europe in Brussels. He has also served as Secretary General of Assaeroporti, the Italian airport operators association, and Assistant Director and ATM Infrastructure Expert at the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

    Mr. Baronci, a native of Italy, holds an Executive MBA from Warwick University in the United Kingdom and graduated with a Law degree from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. He is married with two children.

    Simon Lotter

    Mr. Simon Lotter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Aviation Management and has more than twenty years of international management experience of which he has spent more than 10 years of his professional career in Asia-Pacific including Hong Kong and Singapore.

    As a Senior Consultant at Munich Airport he was one of the driving forces behind the ORAT team that successfully opened the new Hamad International Airport in Doha in 2014. He also set up the trial management program for the new Satellite Terminal at Munich Airport. In January 2019 he was appointed Head of Market for Asia & Pacific at Munich Airport International.

    He recently moved back to Asia as Chief Representative of the newly opened Representative Office of Munich Airport International in Singapore.




     
    Tammy Huddleston

    Tammy Huddleston provides key leadership and oversight in the management and administration of the design and construction of facilities at DFW Airport. In addition, Tammy is responsible for the issuance of building permits, enforcement of the DFW building code and supervision of the procurement of professional services and construction services.

    Tammy began her career at DFW in 2000, serving as project manager in the Asset Management department. She has managed projects from the planning stages through the design, commissioning, bidding and construction phases. She advanced through the organization and prior to taking on the role as the VP of Design, Code & Construction, Tammy was the VP of Energy, Transportation and Asset Management or ETAM.

    Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Her greatest strengths include the ability to create partnerships with stakeholders and contractors to achieve goals and inspire and empower employees to achieve excellence.

    Leslie Lai is currently Key Account Manager, APAC Renewable Aviation at Neste.
    He has worked with several global and regional oil companies and his career in the downstream oil industry includes roles in commercial management, sales and marketing, supply and business development. The vast majority of his work experience is in the areas of commercialisation of aviation fuel and infrastructure. Some of his career highlights were leading business and organisational changes, deepening relationships and value in joint venture management and new market entries.
    Leslie and his family live in Singapore, and his personal pursuits include travelling, understanding different cultures, and enjoying the outdoors.




     
    Emanuel Fleuti

    Emanuel Fleuti has been Head of Sustainability and Environment for Zurich Airport since 1990. He has gained substantial in-depth knowledge on airport operations, their impacts on environment and how to address and mitigate the challenges, thus establishing Zurich Airport as a leading airport in this field. Main experiences include local air quality, climate change, and green buildings labels with the Circle being the largest LEED Platinum certified complex in Europe.
    Serving as Chairman of the ACI Europe Sustainability Committee and the ACI World Environment Standing Committee in the past, Emanuel has advanced the global aviation industry over many years. He now serves as the Rapporteur of the ACI EUROPE Airport Carbon Accreditation Task Force, developing and implementing new Levels 4 and soon 5.

    Fabrice Espinosa
    , President, Airbus Korea


    Fabrice Espinosa was nominated Airbus President for Korea and Head of Commercial Aircraft for Korea on July 1st, 2020. Based in Seoul, Fabrice leads the strategy and future positioning of Airbus and its divisions in Korea. In this role, he is responsible for commercial aircraft sales and customer affairs, group wide government affairs, industrial and joint venture partnerships, as well as the loc al operations at Airbus sites across Korea.
    Fabrice is in addition the Chairperson for the Aerospace and Defence Committee of the European
    Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) since March 25th, 2021. He is also a board member of the Korean German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI).
    Prior to his latest role for Airbus, Fabrice was the General Manager of Airbus Hong Kong, where
    he oversaw Airbus Commercial Aircraft operations, led the Airbus “One Roof Project” for an integrated organization, as well as a dvanced the company’s position with airlines in Asia.
    Fabrice has a diverse background in the civil aerospace and defence markets, having worked previously with Thales Group, Safran Group, Airbus Defense & Space division & Air France.
    Over his career he has worked extensively internationally, with more than 15 years of involvement in the Asia region, including Korea.
    Fabrice is a French citizen. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School (France), a Certificate of Advanced Studies from Thunderbird, the Gar vin Graduate School of International Management(USA) and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE Supaero (France).

    Sarah Samuel

    Sarah is a travel leader with over 27 years of industry experience enabling airlines and airports to deliver on their business imperatives – whether that involves enhancing the passenger experience, unlocking new potential, or finding innovative solutions to long-standing challenges. Having worked on projects for Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Changi Singapore, Delhi, Kansai, Narita and Hong Kong International Airports plus many more, Sarah’s passion is developing genuine partnerships where operators work collaboratively alongside IT providers to develop solutions that truly meet their needs and ambitions for future growth.
    Prior to joining Amadeus in 2014, Sarah held senior roles with Airport IT companies in Malaysia, and in Australia. Sarah is a prominent voice within the Airport IT industry. She regularly participates in airport events, speaking on behalf of Amadeus and regarding a range of issues facing the local industry. Today at Amadeus, Sarah leads the Airport & Airline Operations business unit for the Asia-Pacific region.
    Sarah holds a BA Economics & Finance, from Luther College, Iowa, USA where she also received Phi Beta Kappa award for academic excellence. Sarah also holds an AMAP Diploma (AMPAP, Canada).




     
    Robert Carsouw

    Prior to starting his journey as Executive Vice President & CFO at Schiphol, Robert worked at Procter & Gamble and at McKinsey & Company in various roles.

    Robert was co-founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Social Enterprise NL and co-founder and Vice-Chairman of LittleBitz.

    Graduated at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has a master’s degree in Econometrics/Computer Science.




     
    Christian Poulsen

    Christian has been working with leadership, management and mission critical software development and use of technology to drive business transformation and -growth since the beginning of his career. With experience from more than 30 years in sectors such as airports, processing, factory, construction, engineering, telco, transport and professional services, Christian has delivered numerous technology projects, products and business transformations. Currently Christian is Accountable Manager, Group COO and -CIO in Copenhagen Airports and serves additionally as board member in several companies including SmarterAirports A/S.



     
    Jeongwon YOON

    Amazon Web Services



    Jeongwon Yoon leads Amazon Web Services’ Public Sector business in Korea. He holds strong relationships with AWS’ customers across central and local Governments, public corporations, educational institutions, healthcare, research, Smart City and NGOs.
    He joined AWS in 2017, and brings more than two decades of deep Public Sector experience in areas like smart city planning, e-Government, healthcare, research, cloud computing and ICT technical analysis.
    Prior to joining AWS, Jeongwon served as Executive Director of the National Information Society Agency in Korea, previously known as the National Computerization Agency. He was responsible for ITPAP (Information Technology and Policy Assistance Program), assisting more than forty developing countries in the areas of Smart Nation, e-Government, Public-Private Sector Promotion, and Various ICT pilot projects. He expanded the program by forging partnerships with international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. He also founded the Global E-Gov Academy for international capacity building and education.
    Additionally, Jeongwon previously served as the Telecommunication Sector Coordinator for the International Y2K Cooperation Center, was an Auspice of the UN, and was a guest researcher for the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the U.S. He has published several books and articles on ICT development and ODA.
    Jeongwon earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Engineering from California State University - Sacramento, and later earned his Ph.D. in Management of Information from Seoul University of Information and Venture.

    BJ (Baek-Jae) Kim Ph.D. is the IATA Country Manager Korea, based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. BJ leads a team of 3 (Mr. HT Lee, Ms. Anna park, and 1 staff to be recruited) engaged in the Korea field office works.
    Prior to joining IATA in Aug 2019, BJ has about 25 years of aviation experience including 6-years in United Airlines, 4-years in Air France, and 15-years in Qatar Airways as Airport Services Manager in ICN airport, the Republic of Korea.
    BJ holds a Ph.D. and Master of Aviation Business Administration from the Korea Aerospace University (KAU) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in the Republic of Korea.
    BJ is a citizen of the Republic of Korea. He is married with 2 children.




     
    Bo Young SONG

    Bo Young Song is Senior Vice President and Chief of Korean Air’s Passenger Business Division.

    Prior to his current position, he led the airline’s Americas Regional Headquarters for two years.

    Song was Managing Vice President of Korean Air’s Passenger Network and Sales, and was responsible for overseeing the carrier’s global network portfolio and implementing worldwide sales strategies.

    During his 34 years with Korean Air, Song has held various leadership roles including guiding the airline’s overseas business in growing markets as the director of the Southeast Asia Regional Headquarters and Central Asia (C.I.S countries) Regional Headquarters. Soon after joining Korean Air in 1988, Song was dispatched to the U.S. as General Manager of Passenger Sales in San Francisco and New York. He then continued in career leading Passenger Network and Sales teams within the airline.




     
    Matteo Curcio

    Matteo Curcio is Vice President – Asia Pacific, leading strategy development and execution across the region and is driving the industry-leading trans-Pacific joint venture with Korean Air.

    Prior to his current position, he served as Managing Director - Asia Pacific Strategy and Market Development. Matteo spent more than seven years leading Delta’s transformation in the region, including a significant expansion of our trans-Pacific network and execution of Delta’s strategic partnerships with China Eastern Airlines and Korean Air.

    Matteo joined Delta as General Manager for Transatlantic and Transpacific Network Planning, leading Delta’s unparalleled expansion in Europe, Africa and the Middle East during 2006-2008. Then, he was promoted to Director of Alliance Strategies where he had key responsibility in the development of Delta’s Joint Venture with Air France-KLM, as well as the implementation of many strategic bilateral partnerships with other carriers.

    Matteo began his career with KPMG Consulting, Rome, Italy, as a Business Strategy Consultant. In this role Matteo led various business plans and restructuring projects in the transportation industry.

    Matteo then moved to Alitalia S.p.A., the largest Italian airline, where he served as Manager/Director in network planning, revenue management and corporate strategy.

    Originally from Naples, Italy, Matteo has a B.A. in Economics from the Universita’ degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

    Daniel Galpin is a Director in ICF’s aviation group with expertise in a variety of different aspects of the aviation industry, having worked for NATS (the British Air Navigation Service provider), as well as Virgin Atlantic Airways prior to joining ICF.
    Daniel has extensive experience in traffic forecasting, combining a strong background in complex data analysis and modelling with an in-depth understanding of supply-side factors from his first-hand experience at Virgin Atlantic. Daniel has led multiple large due diligence projects for investor clients in airport transactions, and has advised airports on their aeronautical revenue pricing strategy, airline route development and decarbonization strategies.
    Daniel has also provided consultancy services to government agencies and aviation representative groups, helping to assess policy implications (for example the UK DfT’s airline insolvency review and assessing policy options regarding CORSIA and EU ETS for the European Commission) and research complex issues (for example, a large study into the Airport Group operating model for ACI-World).
    Before joining ICF, Daniel worked at Virgin Atlantic in the Commercial Department where he was responsible for delivering revenue budgets, assessing new routes and developing new analytics capabilities. Prior to Virgin, Daniel worked at NATS on a range of projects from analyzing safety incidents to modelling airspace improvements and forecasting passenger demand and air traffic movements in United Kingdom airspace and at United Kingdom Airports. Daniel has a 1st Class BSc degree in Maths and Physics from the University of Bristol (UK).




     
    Patrick Lucas
    , Vice President of Economics, ACI World


    Patrick Lucas joined ACI in April 2011. He was appointed to the position of Vice, Economics in 2019 after serving as Head of the Airport Business Analytics Unit within the ACI Economics Department. An economist by profession, Patrick has over 20 years of experience in analytic positions with progressive responsibility. He leads ACI’s policy positions related to economic regulation and charges, privatization, taxation, commercial activities, infrastructure management, and airport slots. He is responsible for ACI’s major flagship publications – The World Airport Traffic Report and the Airport Economics Report. He also oversees the production of ACI’s World Airport Traffic Forecasts and Airport Economics Key Performance Indicators. Lastly, Patrick delivers various courses on Airport Economics as a member of ACI’s Global Training Faculty.

    Prior to joining ACI, Patrick worked for a United Nations statistical office where he contributed to major global reports aimed at analyzing economic and social progress based on internationally comparative data. In this role, he was also responsible for devising indicators to monitor global development targets, survey planning and design, training and methodological standardization across Member States.

    Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s degree in economics from Concordia University.

    Edward Clayton

    Edward Clayton has spent his entire career in aviation related activities, even doing an internship during his university days at the Royal Aircraft Establishment in the UK. Following his BSc in Computer Engineering, he worked for British Airways from 1988-2000, primarily in airport related activities such as freight and ground handling, and for 6 years was negotiating airport and air navigation charges and contracts with providers across Europe, developing a deep knowledge of economic regulation and the business models of airports and airlines. He also gained an MBA from London Business School in 1998. Subsequently, he worked for an airport investment fund from 2000-2005, HOCHTIEF AirPort (now AviAlliance) in Germany, where he was responsible for pre-acquisition operational due diligence and post-acquisition integration and performance enhancement. In 2005 Edward joined Booz Allen Hamilton to lead their airport strategy consulting in Europe. He moved to Malaysia in 2007 to set up and lead the airport and infrastructure practice in SE Asia, and subsequently, after acquisition of the business by PwC, was SE Asia Strategy& leader. Currently he is focusing on infrastructure strategy in Asia, with a particular focus on aviation.



     
    Katsuichi Samejima
    , Manager of planning,
    Narita Int'l Airport Corp.



    Mr. SAMEJIMA Katsuichi joined New Tokyo International Airport Authority, the predecessor to Narita International Airport Corporation in April 1998. Since joining the corporation, he has been assigned to various departments and has acquired extensive, deep knowledge on airport operation and management, including price setting and budget management for airport facilities, the generation of non-aeronautical revenue by airport retail, aviation marketing by route development and overseas business. Aside from his various experiences, he has always had a keen interest in airline networks, and has become familiar with airport charging systems and incentive schemes at various airports as well as the tariff models for attracting airlines. He is aware of what is expected from airports from the operational and network expansion perspectives of the airlines through his 9 years of experience as a route development manager.
    Currently, based on his experience and knowledge, he has been striving to review the overall airport charge system at the airport with the aim adopting market mechanisms, and to enhance Fast Travel initiatives at the airport through the establishment of a scheme that enables the airlines to participate easily in the initiatives.
    He has a Bachelor degree of Commerce with a major in Transportation Economics in 1998 from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
